A strange ledge has been located at the bottom of the sea just off the coast of Puerto Rico. It’s hard to imagine how this could be a natural formation.
There are also other areas that seem to indicate that a lot of cut-and-paste has been done to cover something up. Is this evidence of an advanced underwater civilization or the remnants of a past civilization that was covered by water.
