Called by some the “Core Secrets Document” and more often what I simply call the Wilson Document, or Wilson Memo.
Some have even called this the most significant UFO leak ever. What’s clear is that this is very important. It comes from the files of Dr. Edgar Mitchell in 2017 when he died.
Wilson memo is a 15 page memo prepared by Dr Eric Davis of NIDS (National Institute of Discovery Sciences run by Robert Biglow) in Oct 2002.
It’s a paraphrased transcript of his (Davis) conversation with Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson who was retired at the time.
The documents are about Wilson’s knowledge of a deeply classified program to reverse engineer non-human (alien) technology while Wilson served as Deputy Chief of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 1997.
