This is the Russian version of events that took place after shooting down an alien ship that flew over Russia in 1985. When the UFO was reported near a Russian missle site the military was contacted and warned about the incoming objects.
Military guards fired antiaircraft guns and the object and were able to shoot it down. Five occupants exited the crashed craft and were captured the the Soviets.
The captured occupants later disappeared and their ship also flew out of the hangar where it was held.
