In this episode a girl is forced to sign a lease on an apartment without seeing it first. When she finally moves in she finds strange graffiti painted on the walls and a door to an attic.
When trying to sleep, she can hear footsteps walking around above her in the attic. Other times she is hit with sleep paralysis and is unable to move, but can feel the presence of something watching her with malicious intentions.
