Noticed some unusual features on the ocean floor just off the coast of Hatteras, North Carolina. There is a cliff wall that seems to have been graded by machinery.
According to the elevation profile tool, the walls are perfectly straight and appears to have been engineered that way. Is this natural or a mistake in the way the software is interpreting the inefficient data?
